Our Team

Jenn Kauffman (she/her/ella) is based in Washington, DC. She has spent more than two decades working at the intersection of advocacy, organizing, technology, and campaigns, working within the labor movement and nonprofit organizations.

Jenn most recently was Chief of Staff for State Revenue Alliance, a nonprofit that forges labor, advocacy, and policy state-based coalitions to fight for tax justice policy. Her past work has included strategic planning, media relations, marketing, digital advocacy, digital advertising, candidate education, trainings, fundraising, and more for organizations such as the AFL-CIO, The Movement Cooperative, Revolution Messaging, and PL+US: Paid Leave for the U.S. Jenn has a Master of Science in Labor Studies from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst, and in her spare time she is completing a Master of Public Health degree with a Health Equity concentration from Boston University.

Jenn is also an elected Advisory Neighborhood Commissioner in DC’s Ward 4, and serves as chair of the 8-person commission ANC 4D.
